Yes I won this Pure Bar contest with this recipe. It was very exciting! The judges not only appreciated its simplicity and tastiness but its versatility.
Enjoy on salad, as a dip for veggies, dehydrate into patties, spread on nori and add avocado and cucumber for raw vegan California rolls, spread onto leaf lettuce and top with shredded carrot and zucchini, what ever your heart desires! Will last in the frig for up to a week so make extra!
