Dressing Formula
Herbs/Spices: garlic, fresh dill, Herbamare seasoning blend, onion
Acid: Raw apple cider vinegar, lemon, lime, raw coconut vinegar, tomato
Oils: avocado oil, extra virgin olive oil, hemp or flax oil, Udo’s oil
Salt: Celtic, Himalayan, unbleached sea salt, coconut aminos (or other aminos), Tamari
Sweet: coconut nectar, stevia, Yucon syrup, Lacuma powder, honey
Fat (optional for creaminess): cashews, hemp seeds, macadamias, sunflower seeds, avocado
Italian In-the-Raw Dressing
1 large tomato
1 clove garlic
¼ cup purified water
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
½ a lemon, peeled
1 tsp fresh basil (or more to taste)
½ tsp oregano
½ tsp Celtic salt
1 tsp coconut nectar
- In a blender, process all the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
At the Ranch Dressing
1 cup raw cashews, soak 2 hours (or use unsoaked hemp seeds)
¾ cup purified water
½ a lemon, peeled
1 tbsp fresh parsley, minced
1 tbsp fresh dill, minced (or 1 tsp dried dill)
1 tsp coconut nectar
½ tsp garlic powder (or 1 clove fresh)
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp Celtic salt
- Place all ingredients, except dill and parsley, into a blender and process until smooth and creamy.
- Add dill and parsley and pulse mix a couple time.
Asian Miso Dressing
½ cup almond butter or tahini
½ clove garlic, grated
1 T ginger, grated
4 T lemon juice
1 T sesame seed oil
2 T extra virgin olive oil
2 T Coconut Nectar
1-2 T Chickpea Miso or Non-GMO Soy Miso
½ – 1 C filtered water

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
French Dressing
1 cup flax oil
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
3 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon each: ground yellow mustard seed, paprika, and pepper
2 teaspoon Celtic salt
- Blend all ingredients well in Vitamix. Store in glass dressing jar. Will last for several weeks.
- Add to spring mix or any lettuces.
