How To Make Live Plant Based Non-Dairy Cheesy Sauce

May 9, 2015 by Andrea 1 Comment

This recipe is one of my favorites. It has a delicious blend of seeds, veggies, and spices that create a delightful combination in your mouth that emulates a cheese flavor we may be used to. I used recipes like this one to help me get off the addictive dairy cheese.

Many people may not understand why we need to discontinue dairy cheese and anything with dairy in it. There are 2 major factors. Number one, according to the finding from The China Study, and now many other studies confirming what was found from The China Study, because of dairy’s acidic nature it actually contributes to osteoporosis. Number two, dairy contains the casein protein, which is now known to be one of the most carcinogenic proteins for adult Humans.

ActionShot - Bodrum DemoYes, there are many advertisements that say milk does a body good but this is simply marketing gimmicks. There is absolutely no truth in the statement. Even though the studies show the opposite to be true the marketers will use the old information, based on assumption not true science, to continue to get you to buy. They need money to run their businesses and they answer to Wall Street. That means they have to continue to raise their profit margin every year or investors will not support them anymore. This is simply the way it’s done in America. Watch the video, The Story of Stuff to see how America is really run by corporation not the government. This is not a conspiracy theory but fact. There’s no conspiracy behind it. It’s just a true statement that we all need to be aware of. We need to be aware of what we are eating and why. We need to know what’s really safe and what’s not. It’s up to us and I’m here to help.

Yes dairy contains protein but it’s a very complex tightly wound molecule that it extremely difficult for adult humans to digest. As babies, we have the necessary renant to unwind, breakdown, and digest this complex protein. We lose that when we are weaned. We no longer need it because we reached a stage in our development that no longer requires it. Another thing to think about is that Human breast milk only contains 3-5% of this casein protein while a cows breast milk contain 80%. They are not alike and we are harming ourselves by drinking the breast milk of another animal.

Dairy, studies show, contains substances that do not add to our health such as casomorphin, carcinogenic casein, and acids leading to osteoporosis and other unhealthy conditions.

I could go on but I think you are getting the picture. Nature made things in perfect order. We have been evolving in alignment with this natural order for millions of years. It takes hundreds of thousands of years to make small changes in our DNA to help us adapt but we are changing things too fast. When we do that to ourselves massive illness results that can look like epidemics. Right now we have an epidemic of illnesses like Diabetes and Cancer. These are symptoms (not disease) showing how out of balance we have become.

animalproductsIf you really believe you need milk, first I would ask that you look at the studies, and if you still believe it then drink the milk of your own species. While that may seem weird take a step back. Why is it not weird to forcibly keep a cow pregnant, continuously take her breast milk, and continue this cycle until her bones are so depleted that she can’t stand anymore and is carted off and killed. This is beyond slavery. It’s absolute animal cruelty.

I know that this may sound crude but this is what we are doing to feed our addictions. Yes dairy is also an addictive substance and when concentrated into cheese becomes even more so. Dairy contains casomorphine that helps the baby cow keep coming back for more because it stimulates the pleasure center in it’s brain. Well, it does the same thing to use. Dairy was the most difficult thing to give up when I changed my diet and took all animal products out. The thing that helped me the most was making yummy alternatives like this Cheesy Sauce as well as the knowledge that I’m sharing with you.

Please take to heart what I am saying and look up the information yourself. Corporations do not have your health interests at heart. They need to make money like anyone else. We can help them make better decisions by not buying the unhealthy stuff anymore. We help them choose what to sell by what we buy. They want to provide us what we want. They are not the bad guy.

Now to the good stuff! Here’s the recipe, how to make it, and more ideas on how to use it.
