Currently, my focus is on teaching my clients, friends, and family that the most important activity to focus on at this point is the Immune system. When we do this, we can rebuild our body’s military forces as well as beef up the maintenance department but to maintain a strong immune system we must change our thinking about how we function in daily life to that of prevention activities.
Change your mind and change your immune system. It’s vital to the development of your prevention mindset.
In America, a common phrase is, “If it ain’t broke don’t fix it.” This is the opposite attitude of a prevention mindset. If we care for our body like we would something nice we paid a lot of money for, we just might develop a different attitude toward what we put into our bodies. This simple change in thought is what will result in a stronger immune system which leads to the prevention of ill health.
This is a critical topic if we want to save our food supply! Our food supply is so weak at this point our bodies are becoming 3rd world countries. Our Immune systems are literally under attack. The immune system is our Military and Maintenance Crews. We are not supplying tools so the body can have a strong army and clean up crew. Accumulations (leading to toxemia and thus disease) in our body are becoming so great, what we used to think was just the aging process, is happening to teens and 20 year olds now. It has become very critical to change the direction we are heading.
Science is giving us new statistics about our future, or lack there of, if we do not change what we are currently doing. They read like this; “The children being born into the world today are not likely to outlive their parents” and “The leading cause of death amongst children under 15yrs is cancer”. This is a very gloomy outcome for humankind if we insist on doing things the same way expecting different results.
Cancer is a disease of accumulation. We can turn this around but we need to start now. Even if you already have been diagnosed it’s NOT too late! Start with simple changes removing antinutrient foods like frozen dinners, boxed food, canned foods, soda, candy, fast food, etc. Making the shift to whole foods can be much easier than you think. Start by having a green smoothie each morning. Don’t worry about anything else. Just start with one thing. After you are comfortable with that try changing out your cow dairy based cheese with vegan options such as Daiya.
