I’ve had some incredible experiences lately that I’ve been able to pass on to others who have been experiencing the extreme disease state of cancer. I’ve been learning so much from experts like Thomas Seyfried, T. Colin Campbell, and Andreas Moritz. These experts have not only been looking at science and performing studies, but also they have been looking at facts, which so many believe can’t count….the things that actually happen to people.
First of all most of you know my stance on cancer. I do not believe that it is a disease itself but the body’s way of healing from a severe disease state. In my book, Life Without Cancer: How to Stop Making Disease in Your Body, I go into detail about the Naturopathic concept of the Seven Stages of Disease and how cancer is the final stage in which the body can recover from severe imbalance.
Secondly, we need to consider the conditions that the human form endures in this age of massive and multiple chemical exposures we are constantly bombarded with.
If we would take a step back and look at how we were originally designed and how the body works in concert to support those systems of the body we may see greater success in the healing process.
We still run on instinct and programs found in our mid and hind brains as well as DNA. However, our DNA is changing in one generation from the extreme chemical exposures. We are passing on the damaged genes to our children who must undergo ever surmounting chemical exposures that are leading to frightening statistics like cancer is the leading cause of death of children under 15. Every minute a child is diagnosed with cancer. There are 1,440 minutes in a day.
One consideration to learn more about is the fact that studies are showing diet and lifestyle play a 97% role in the outcomes of disease in the human body. That means we can affect our health by what we eat, how we think, how much we move our bodies, how close to natural we choose to live, and many other factors. We can’t focus on one thing such as calorie restriction or exercising more. These factors all work together and it’s important consider these factors.
I’d like to share a powerful idea that can shift the way we view cancer. Society wants to have the war on everything even cancer but as we can see from all the track records, every time we say war, tons of money is spent and no progress is make. With regards to cancer, we can see that the numbers have only exponentially gone up and no real progress has been made.
Let’s try a new experiment. Let’s try to gradually shift our lifestyles starting with what we put into our bodies. Let’s take a look at what the cancer cells favorite food it. Can you guess? It’s the most promoted foods in America besides animal flesh. We are told to eat more of it because it’s not supposed to make us fat as fat can. You guessed it…..carbohydrates. Specifically any foods that can be converted to glucose are cancer cells favorite food. They even have more receptors to take in glucose than our healthy cells. So let’s do the opposite and eat more fat containing foods with very low carbohydrate counts.
To power that up even more, eat uncooked fats. You can cook your food but add the oil after it’s cooked so that it doesn’t become rancid from the heat changing the molecular structure. Also, eat lots of above ground veggies like zucchini and broccoli versus root veggies like carrots and potatoes. The amount of sugars differ greatly. If you have cancer then avoid fruit even though it is healthy. Have berries as a treat here and there but until you are cancer free don’t feed the cancer cells.
Another recent finding is that the casein protein in dairy is one of the most carcinogenic proteins on the planet. T. Colin Campbell wrote in the China Study that we have the power to turn on and off the growth of tumors by how much protein we eat. Dairy is another food that can easily be turned into sugar so it’s another food to avoid. Besides the fact that adults don’t have the enzymes to properly digest it. Milk is for babies not adults!
Let’s replace animal based cheeses with plant based alternatives that don’t supply cancer cells with the food they need to keep growing. At the same time you start eating a live plant based diet you will begin to clean up your body which will release the need for cancer cells to be in your body at all.
Andreas Moritz wrote, in Cancer is not a Disease, “Why would the immune system want to collaborate with cancer cells to make more or larger tumors? Because cancer is a survival mechanism, not a disease. The body uses the cancer to keep deadly carcinogenic substances and caustic metabolic waste matter away from the lymph and blood and, therefore, from the heart, brain and other vital organs. Killing off cancer cells would in fact jeopardize its survival. Cleansing the body of accumulated toxins and waste products through the various cleansing methods advocated in Timeless Secrets of Health and Rejuvenation removes the need for cancer.”

Healthy CheeZe Please
2 cups raw organic macadamia nuts soaked for 3 days (rinse twice a day)
1 cup raw organic pumpkin seeds soaked 4 hours
2 tablespoons unfiltered coconut oil
1/2 to 1 lemon, skin removed (don’t worry about the seeds)
1-4 cloves fresh garlic
1-2 teaspoons Celtic salt
Step 1: Add all ingredients with nuts and seeds last into a high speed blender such as a Vitamix blender.
Step 2: Add 1/2 cup to 1 cup of water depending on the thickness you want for the finished product.
Step 3: Make sure you have the tamper in the lid and start blending until the cheese is creamy and smooth. It should not take more than about 1 minute. Take care to not cause the contents to heat up as high speed blenders are powerful.
Step 4: Optional – add the contents of an inexpensive probiotic pill, blend for about 5 seconds, pour into a nut milk bag and hang over a bowl for several days to ferment. You will multiply the friendly bacteria and have a cheese that tastes more like the cheese we grew up with. Additionally, you will receive more health benefits from these friendly guys because they make up 60-70% of our immune systems.
